Designing Worlds explores the world of Premier Wrestling, part of the exciting sports communities in Second Life!

In this episode we visit the home of a very popular sport in Second Life – wrestling! – as we join the team at Premier Wrestling to see how it’s done. We check out the training sessions, the impressive arena, see some actual bouts and interview the movers and shakers at Premier: Vince Aftermath, Co-owner of Premier Wrestling; Trey Steele, Co-owner of Premier Wrestling; LG, Executive Director; Dany Thunder, Head Trainer; and Honey Potts, Wrestler, Trainer and Commentator.

Whether you are a wrestling fan or not, we believe that you’ll find this show a fascinating look at how communities come together and thrive in Second Life.

One of the key elements for the Premier Wrestlers is the stories for all the people involved. Each wrestler has a carefully constructed back story. They may be the heroes or heroines, they may be the villains. But whichever role they choose, they will have fans and followers who can follow their stories through the wrestling bouts, through the televised bouts on YouTube, and, frequently, through social media.

And they get paid too!
