Just a reminder that tomorrow – i.e. Saturday, September 29th, 2007 at 1pm SLT – there will be a Charity auction for the Castle at the centre of the Tuscany Island sim.
The auction will take place in the main square in the neighbouring sim of Venice Island as part of a day of entertainments (with a toga party, no less!).

The castle has been built and furnished by top SL designers, in a clean, modern style – and it’s a stunning piece of work. You can read about the lower floor here, and the upper storey and the fantastic roof garden here.
But you don’t have to take my word for it. The castle is open to the public, and you can visit and see it for yourselves!
The castle is based on Castello di Brolio which is located in a quiet part of the Chianti wine-growing area, south of Arezzo and northwest of Lake Trasimeno and, in Second Life, is located at the heart of the Tuscany sim. It will be a great opportunity for someone to own a beautifully designed home in a pretty and carefully zoned sim, and, we hope, to raise money for charity at the same time.
