Once again there’s a Treasure Hunt in this month’s edition of Prim Perfect. There are TWENTY stores taking part this month – and you have to visit the store to discover the prim count of each of the pieces featured in the magazine. You’ll find instructions on how to find the prim count for an item on our Treasure Hunt Information page.
Today’s clue is what must be one of the best known sights in all Second Life – the palm tree grove from the Heart Garden Centre. As you probably remember, I’ve talked about this before. But what’s the prim count, eh?
I love the elegance of Lilith and Dolly Heart’s work- and their sure sense when it comes to combining the different plants together. And their attention to detail doesn’t just apply to their larger plants; they also produce some lovely effects with smaller plants – even what many people would regard as weeds. So that pink willow herb swaying in the wind on the corner of that slightly seedy plot? You’ll probably find that’s from the Heart Garden Centre too!
My latest investment with them has been some wonderful pampas grass to disguise the ugly rocks at the head of my creek. They would probably be shocked that I’m letting it grow in such profusion near water … but it makes an attractive screen. And I’ve added some other touches of colour around my villa – bluebells and poppies – oddly enough, blooming at the same season – ain’t Second Life marvellous?
Well, with Lilith and Dolly’s help, it can be!
For the competition, what you have to do is to find as many prim counts as you can, and send the details to primperfect@gmail.com, including your avatar name and an answer to the tiebreak question (which you’ll find in the magazine on Page 28). The person to find the most prim counts will win – and in the event of a tie, we will use the tie-breaker.
Also: – you don’t necessarily have to find every prim count to win a prize! Just find as many as you can – by October 15th.
