Once again there’s a Treasure Hunt in this month’s edition of Prim Perfect. There are SIXTEEN stores taking part this month – and you have to visit the store to discover the prim count of each of the pieces featured in the magazine. You’ll find instructions on how to find the prim count for an item on our Treasure Hunt Information page.
Today’s clue comes is a little different. Most of the items we show in these pages are things you want to get closer to, whether sitting on them, lying on them, reading by the light they give off, or just admiring the beautiful inlay, or the texture work. But this … is slightly different. It’s something for all you people with ocean front properties. Well, perhaps not all of you. Perhaps only those of you with ocean front properties who don’t care for swimming or sailing much, and who wish to discourage other people from having rowdy parties on your beach.
It comes from Something Fishy, Maggie Morgan’s store on her new sim – also called Something Fishy, and it’s a rather splendid – but definitely sinister – brown shark.
Anyone have a word for when the shape of the sim echoes its name? I want to call it eponymous, but that isn’t quite the word. Anyway, a simple look at the map will show you what I mean – not just the fish (an angelfish, I rather think) but the three small islands representing the bubbles.
The store sells everything for your aquatic needs – not just sharks (and squids and jellyfish), but blue whales, playful dolphins, aquariums, tropical fish, and pond life too – including a variety of ducks. There are even fish emitters to supply you with more fish for your prim count.
But today, in the Treasure Hunt, your task is to find the brown shark from the top picture!
For the treasure hunt competition, what you have to do is to find as many prim counts as you can, and send the details to primperfect@gmail.com, including your avatar name and an answer to the tiebreak question (which you’ll find in the magazine on Page 26). The person to find the most prim counts will win – and in the event of a tie, we will use the tie-breaker.Also: – you don’t necessarily have to find every prim count to win a prize! Just find as many as you can – by December 6th.
