Today is the closing date for applications for the post of Advertising Manager at Prim Perfect.
This job will be on commission, and could provide a very useful income inworld – and, the more advertising the Adertising Manager brings in, the more he or she will be paid. Of course, we don’t want to overwhelm Prim Perfect with ads, but I do have a business plan for expansion (including exciting new media opportunities) – and an ad manager could be part of that.
What qualities am I looking for? Honesty and Integrity. Belief in the magazine and a willingness to commit to it. Someone who is organised and can work to deadlines. Above all, I’m looking for someone who can work enthusiastically with me and with designers rather than someone who wants to sell, sell, sell. I have no interest in someone who is too aggressive and alienates people I have a working relationship with.
