Once again there’s a Treasure Hunt in the current edition of Prim Perfect. There are FOURTEEN stores taking part this month – and you have to visit the store to discover the prim count of each of the pieces featured in the magazine. You’ll find instructions on how to find the prim count for an item on our Treasure Hunt Information page.
If you’re following along in the clues, you don’t have to teleport from our last location. Look around for the signs for Oh! Furniture, Boudicca Amat’s group of stores in DEE. This store, appearing for the first time in the Treasure Hunt, is comprised of several buildings. The first two buildings display living rooms and bedrooms. The furniture is grouped in themed settings and can be purchased as a complete set or individually. The other stores are hiding down an arched walkway. One of them is an antique store with furniture, carpets, and art. The other store is a fun hodge podge of furniture and accessories. There are also pavilions on display outside.
Somewhere within these stores is the featured Treasure Hunt item, a clothes airer. It would be hung from the ceiling in an old-fashioned house and the linens could be draped over it to dry. The light wood used for the airer has a beautiful grain. It’s a fun item that could lend a touch of realism or whimsy to a home. While you’re looking at it, don’t forget to note its prim count!
For the treasure hunt competition, find as many prim counts as you can for the magazine’s treasure hunt items, and send the details to primperfect@gmail.com, including your avatar name and an answer to the tiebreaker question (which you’ll find in the magazine on Page 72). The person to find the most prim counts will win – and in the event of a tie, we will use the tie-breaker. Also – you don’t necessarily have to find every prim count to win a prize! Just find as many as you can. You have until April 20th, 2008, to send in your entry.
