March Treasure Hunt – Clue 6: Bygone Days

Once again there’s a Treasure Hunt in the current edition of Prim Perfect. There are FOURTEEN stores taking part this month – and you have to visit the store to discover the prim count of each of the pieces featured in the magazine. You’ll find instructions on how to find the prim count for an item on our Treasure Hunt Information page.

Bygone Days is the location of this next clue.  Somewhere within the curious collection of period furniture and accessories is this French Bombe Chest designed by Jeannie Moonflower.  It’s a low, wooden piece, smooth and curvy with golden trim.  There are several pieces in this set of furniture, but you only need to find the prim count of the chest.

Bygone Days is a large store, offering many things, but it does have a teleport system if you’re looking for something specific.  I had the time to see only a fraction of the store during my visit, but I really enjoyed the display of art deco furnishings.  If you want to put a chic lounge in your house, there are several styles of bars, chairs, sofas, and tables that would be perfect.  Personally, I couldn’t resist dressing up and posing on one of the newer Parisian divans.  The smoking kitty pillow is terrific fun.

For the treasure hunt competition, find as many prim counts as you can for the magazine’s treasure hunt items, and send the details to primperfect@gmail.com, including your avatar name and an answer to the tiebreaker question (which you’ll find in the magazine on Page 72). The person to find the most prim counts will win – and in the event of a tie, we will use the tie-breaker. Also – you don’t necessarily have to find every prim count to win a prize! Just find as many as you can. You have until April 20th, 2008, to send in your entry.
