You will remember, I’m sure, that Prim Perfect and the Connolly Telegraph are working together to create a new magazine. We held our second meeting yesterday and were delighted to be able to announce the name of the new publication:

The first edition will appear in mid May, but before then, there will be a competition to choose a most important contributor to the magazine – Miss Manners.
We are intending to have a regular column where Miss Manners will dispense her advice on social ettiquette to the denizens of Caledon and other similar sims.
But who should this arbiter of social decorum be?

Dear Miss Manners, I had arranged to meet a young lady for tea last Saturday. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend, owing to technical difficulties of a depressingly familiar nature. How should I tender my apologies?
