I’m in love with the Gaiety Theatre in Caledon Penzance. Persephone Gallindo is a masterful texturist, and she’s created a Gay 90’s structure in a beautiful, opulent style that is elegant rather than gaudy. When the location isn’t hosting an event, you can stream archival vaudeville footage onstage. I’m tempted to schedule the occasional business appointment there just to relax in a velvet seat while enjoying the eye candy, but I don’t want to transgress on Miss Gallindo’s generous hospitality.

You can see many of her expert textures on a number of period structures throughout the grid, but her own shop, Architextura, is remarkably understated. I would love to see her stretch her creative legs for the retail market to increase the visibility and appreciation of the key role played by texture creators in world.
