Meta Makeover filming today – join our studio party!

That’s right – we’re filming today at 2pm (Tuesday 21st October) on our wonderful Halloween sim of Caer Blanco.

But there will be a viewing party in the Meta Makeover studios on Northpoint -and everyone is very welcome!

In fact, there’ll be a special free gift for everyone who attends the show.  And afterwards, there’ll be a chance to talk to the Meta Makeover team, and meet our designers too.

So what do we have for you on this week’s show?

This is our special Halloween Sim that will be featured in the next two episodes of Meta Makeover. Caer Blanco is a special sim, created specially for Halloween by Second Life’s top designers.  There is a fully furnished haunted castle, a witch’s cottage, a ghostly ship and a ruined monastery to explore – and more!

All this will raise funds for a small clinic in Lesotho, Southern Africa, through the charity Partners for Others.  You can see the village where the the clinic is located – and a visit by Partners for Others here.

And you’ll also be able to see some of the special Halloween designs in the Meta Makeover studios exhibition hall – as we are currently having an exhibition of the Halloween work there – by

Maxwell Graf of Rustica (the minature version of his witch’s cottage has to be seen to be believed), by Julia Hathor of  Creative Fantasy, who has provided her amazing ghost ship, and by Riversong Garden of Better World Island, who has created a wonderful display about the clinic.

So join us for a viewing party at the Meta Makeover studios on Northpoint – and remember, there’s a special free gift for everyone who comes to the studio!

The show starts at 2pm SLT, but you should be there by 1.45pm to make sure of getting a seat.
