One of the things that we at Prim Perfect would like to do this Christmas is to promote – through this blog and through the magazine – all the fabulous things that you out there in the Second Life world are doing to celebrate Second Life Christmas, the New Year and all the associated holidays!
And one of the first that we’ve heard about is the Peace on Earth Grid Wide Hunt.
As an intoduction to the holiday season, Mode Rage Modelling Agency will be staging a Grid Wide hunt December 2nd – 9th with an International – Places-of-the -World theme.
Mode Rage says:
The theme PEACE ON EARTH was chosen to draw upon the universal sense of unity that we feel during the holiday season. It is meant to be a festive hunt that all peoples can embrace. It will be an opportunity for a grid wide celebration of the diversity that is Second Life. We wish to foster understanding , tolerance, and respect throughout this global community.
Participating vendors are encouraged to showcase something special about a culture (national or other) , ethnicity and/or faith based belief, Peace on Earth theme or something related to Peace in general.
We are pleased to offer this opportunity to help you share the best that Second Life has to offer and to celebrate the holiday season in a wonderful giving way. We are excited and pleased at the response and know this will be a big hit throughout SL – as of now we have 260 vendors in this hunt from all walks of life.
