Today, Tuesday 23rd February, is a rather unusual Meta Makeover as we visit the Remembering Our Friends Memorial in the Sunset Arts II sim.  This very special place was created by Mike Burleigh, and designed and developed by Marc Montague of the BDMM Design Group.  It consists of three non-denominational chapels where people can remember people close to them who have died in real life, and also those that they have loved and lost in Second Life.

Visiting the memorial is avery moving experience – as the Meta makeover team discoovered when we paid our preliminary visits, and you will have a chance today to join us as we talk with Marc Montague, and some of the people who have plaques to commemmorate loved ones in the Memorial.

There’s a special area for concerts and events that’s a new part of the memorial, and our studio audience will be able to join us there.

The show starts at 2pm SLT, but you should be there by 1.30pm to make sure of getting a seat.

We’ll see you there!
