You are invited to the Tricia Aferdita Gallery at 7pm slt tonight, April 2, 2010, as a celebration of the success of PJ Trenton’s exhibit “The Luminous Lens: Photo Abstractions by PJ Trenton”. This breathtaking collection of light and colour looks at Second Life through the creative eyes of the artist – and was featured in the Ekphrasis: PJ Trenton column by Rowan Derryth.
Gabrielle Riel of Radio Riel will be providing salsa and Latin music for your dancing enjoyment!
Tonight will also see the launch of a special exhibit catalogue, written by Rowan Derryth with a foreword by Tricia Aferdita, a lasting memento which will certainly be a highlight of the evening and the exhibition. The catalogue features an extended essay by Rowan on PJ’s work, and also a full description of the individual works.
If you are unable to make the party, the catalogue will be available from the gallery until the exhibit closes, and from then on at PJ’s own gallery, Exposure Art Gallery, after the exhibition
The exhibit will close on Sunday, April 4, 2010.
