It’s the time of year to celebrate all things Irish – and Designing Worlds did it with a trip to Greater Ireland, where Saffia and Elrik met Derric Foggarty, Jules Artful and Kitty Nakajima, Greater Ireland – the creators of Great Ireland.

Greater Ireland has a reputation for great music and visual authenticity, and we looked at both of these in the programme – along with the development of The region (from the original Irish bar that it all started with – Buddy’s Bar) – and plans for the future.
And we get to hear some of that great music too! Caoilte Skytower is the musician playing in Durty Nelly’s at the end of the show, and you can see him regularly performing in Greater Ireland, playing live at Buddy’s Bar every Saturday night at 2pm slt.
