Wanted – Tricia Aferdita

History is repeating. No sooner had I emerged from the depths of the Sea of Mer than I found the grumpy deputy of Sheriff Nevar Lobo once again. This time he was in Exotic Worlds, hammering nails into trees as he pinned up his posters.

I stopped, staring, slack jawed… The face on the poster this time was none other than Tricia Aferdita, manager of the Avalon community and well-known supporter of arts events for charity, not to mention the host of Metaverse Arts on Treet TV.

“Friend of yours Miss?” enquired the deputy, seeing the look on my face.

“Oh no,” I lied. “She looks like she belongs behind bars that one.”

“Ha!” A spate of coughing overtook him. “Well ma’am, you’ll have your wish I’m sure. Sheriff Lobo is confident we’ll have her banged up by 7pm SLT, today.”

I looked at my pocket watch; that was not long from now. Poor Tricia, it took 50,000 Linden dollars to set Saffia Widdershins free, I wonder how high the bounty for Tricia might go?

I took a poster from the deputy and hurried on my way. I must get news of this out before it is too late.

I fumbled inside my handbag and found the scrap of paper I’d collected before. It gave details of the plans of Sheriff Lobo.

During this year’s Faire the Friends Fighting Cancer team are holding a Jail and Bail event.

How does this work?

Each sim will have a ” fantasy jail” on it and time is scheduled for anyone who is willing to try to raise bail money for RFL .  Convicts will be assigned to a jail on one of the Faire sims.  The DJs that are on the stream will be able to encourage the folks shopping to come and donate to the miscreant’s  bail and help set them free.

There is no limit on how much can be raised. The jailers will put people in jail for an hour at a time and they can raise as much bail as possible.
