Today we have not one but TWO designers speaking at the Prim Perfect “Meet the Designer” Events at the Prim Perfect Pavilion on Home Expo 2.
First up is Pitsch Parx at 2pm. Pitsch was the featured designer in our February 2011 issue when he designed an awesome home on Skybeam Estates. This was so stunning that we made a Designing Worlds show about the house and the way pitsch had chosen to furnish it … and we also invited pitsch to contribute a regular column on design to the magazine – pitch’s place, which you can now read every issue.
He’s no stranger to controversy, but he’s best known for the brilliance of the designs he creates at his store UrbanizeD. You’ll have a chance to find out more about the fesigns and the man behind them at 2pm SLT.
And at 6pm, we will be joined by Fornicola Butuzova of Pre’Fabulous. Fornicola too is no stranger to Prim Perfect – she featured as the Designer of the Home of the Month back in the September 2007 issue, which looked at her stunning Castle Gothos and talked to Fornicola about her work. And Fornicola has created more amazing builds, popular across the grid; most recently we saw a set of her stores on the Designing Worlds Wedding show in the Heart’s Delight Wedding Mall.
Fornicola will be talking about “Building Character” in architecture – with her strong sense of design, it’s going to be a fantastic session as she talks about the home in Second Life as art, as a narrative tool that serves the people who live in them.
