The Fantasy Faire started today at 12 noon – and to help you explore those awesomely beautiful sims (as well as daily updates on this blog from Beq Janus) the Friends Fighting Cancer team (the organisers of the Fantasy Faire)have produced a guide that will show you something of the sims, and also provide you with landmarks to some of the stores and creators that are supporting the Faire.
The content has been created by the Friends Fighting Cancer team – but our photographers – Wildstar Beaumont, Judith LeFevre, Beq Janus and Aisling Sinclair – have contributed some beautiful shots of the Faire as it was preparing for its opening.
So how do I get my copy of the guide?
The Guide will be available on all the sims at the Fantasy Faire – including the Fairelands Junction, the main entry point for the sims.
If you prefer to read the magazine online but not inworld, there are choices. Firstly, there’s the wonderful Calaméo system, which allows you to moves smoothly through the pages, giving you the feeling of reading a real magazine. You’ll find the Guide – and please do leave a comment!
But, if you like to download your magazines to read as you commute to work, or in the bath, or wherever, you can also download a pdf of the magazine from Calameo – or print it out!.
It is available through SL Marketplace. This will deliver you a copy in the form of an Intellibook that you can rez and read inworld.
It can also be obtained from all Prim Perfect subscribe-o-matic kiosks. We have kiosks throughout Second Life – so (if you are not already a subscriber) you can just click to subscribe – collect the Guide from the History, and then unsubscribe – unless of course you want to get regular issues of Prim Perfect too – in which case, stay subscribed!
If you can’t find one else where, you can find a kiosk at our headquarters in Costa Rica.
