Well, the cranes are out, doing the heavy construction work – and the question of everyone’s lips … will it all be ready in time? Will the smell of new paint be too overwhelming?
It will be ready on time – and, we trust, come in under budget too (What budget? Well, coming in under budget is always seen as a virtue, so I thought I should claim we’re coming in under our non-existent one!). People are being very generous – the Heart Garden Center, for example, has offered to supply all the plants the organisers need for landscaping – so many, many thanks to Lilith and Dolly Heart!
And there’s good news too that this year there are more applications for exhibitor slots and more people willing to be volunteers than last year.
But applications for volunteers, greeters, exhibitors and performers are still open – we need more! So make sure you visit the website and join in today!
