Designing Worlds explores Story Quest Reborn – now on the web!

In this episode, we return to a concept that we explored once before, back in 2010 – so fourteen years ago. The concept was called Story Quest, and it was created by Jena Ball, known as Jenaia Morane in Second Life, and it focused on the life and times of a person called Uncle D.

This was an exploration of a life affected by HIV/AIDS which used a non-linear narrative to encourage us not just to explore and investigate the story but also to reflect on Uncle D and the disease itself – and you had a chance to become part of the story yourself.

And now, Jenaia Morane has created a new and much expanded version of Story Quest, which is just opening to the Second Life public – and beyond.

In this episode, we travel through the Quest ourselves with Jenaia, but we are careful not to expose all its secrets – those we want our audience to come and explore for themselves!
