Venice has changed! And I’ll be posting more about the rebuild, and residents’ reactions to it, over the weekend.
But now that my office is in situ, I’ve decided that the frontage colour (a rich salmon pink) is too dark, and I’m thinking of – with the kind assistance of the Venice builders – changing it. But which way to go? A rich warm gold is a traditional Italian colour … But what about a neutral ochre, or a cool blue? What about a mellow green
