I have to tell you that we’re all very excited about the new issue! It’s due out early next week (around August 1st) and we have some very exciting articles and places to share with you.
Our Landscape of the Month is a wild and beautiful fantasy, based around the novels of Tolkien, while the Readers’ Home of the Month has been called “the most beautiful house in Second Life”. You’ll have the opportunity to make up your own mind next week.
And our Sim of the Month takes a look at Castles … with the fabulous range of castles available from Castles by Q, the sim run by Qabalah Quintus. That means that this month, one lucky reader will have the opportunity to win an entire castle for a whole month!
If you visit Castles by Q, you’ll see something of the wide range available. Some of these are also on display on Castle Island, the sim where the prize-winning Castle is located. A residential sim, it offers castles and other period homes, and also some shared areas for residents to enjoy.
The castle will be furnished by Jeannie Moonflower, the designer and owner of Bygone Days, who you can see relaxing from the work of furnishing the castle here with me on the terrace … the little red dragon – a very chatty chap – joined us. There are rather larger dragons around – you’ll see something of them in this month’s magazine.
