Prim Perfect magazine is celebrating its second anniversary, and the Treasure Hunt has been a part of the magazine since that very first issue. Back in May 2007, we invited you to visit the participating stores and find the location of the Prim Perfect logo on display somewhere in the store.
Fast-forward to the May 2009 issue of Prim Perfect magazine – we still invite you to travel to stores all around the grid, but now we’re taking a closer look at the fabulous work these designers are doing. At each store, you need to find the featured item found here and on page77 of the magazine. When you find the item, use the Edit function to discover its prim count. For more detailed information on how to find the prim count, refer to the magazine or our Treasure Hunt info page.
Write down as many prim counts as you can find in an email and send it to primperfect@gmail.com with the subject line Treasure Hunt – May 2009. In the email, list the number of prims for each item, your avatar name, and your way of completing the sentence “Prim Perfect is…” in fifteen words or less. The winner will be the person who is closest to an accurate prim count, and in the event of a tie, the tiebreaker question will be used. Entries are due by May 31, 2009.
The winner of this competition will win this issue’s Star Prize – a month’s free rental of the luxurious Alpine cottage in the beautiful mountain sim of Neufreistadt furnished by Leyla Firefly of Belle Belle. The winner also gets to keep the furnishings when the rental period is over.
That’s not all! Two runners-up will win the chance to select a prize from the Prim Perfect prize cupboard, including items and shopping vouchers for some wonderful stores around the grid, donated by their generous and talented store owners and designers.
