What do you get when you take several of Second Life’s top artists give them plenty of work space and prims and set them free??? Coppelia!
Please join us on Saturday June 22nd 9am slt and 9pm slt for the Grand Opening of Coppelia. Coppelia is an artist cooperative sim where all resources and expenses are shared equally by its members. The sim’s primary purpose is to provide working space for its members, although we intend to offer occasional exhibitions and other special events.
We have no arbitrary limits on prim or space usage, instead counting on each member’s personal responsibility and respect for the needs of other artists working here. All decisions regarding the sim setup and anything else that could affect the people working here are made by the group.
Our grand opening show includes work by well-known Second Life artists: Artistide Despres, FreeWee Ling, Glyph Graves, Gracie Kendal, Jo Ellsmere, Oberon Onmura, Pyewacket Kazyanenko and Stelarc.
We currently have openings for a few more members. If you are interested please contact Jo Ellsmere or Oberon Onmura. We all share the costs equally, so there is a monthly payment required.
