Designing Worlds returns – with the first of three Fantasy Faire episodes!

In this first episode of the new season of Designing Worlds, we’re paying the first of three special visits to the stunning Fantasy Faire (held in April and May this year).

The show goes live on Monday 3rd June at 2pm SLT on the Designing Worlds Vimeo channel, on the Designing Worlds channel at SLArtist – and you can join the special Watch Party (also at 2pm SLT) in our studio on Garden of Dreams.

In this episode we talk to one of the main organisers of the Faire, Elizabeth Tinsley, as well as creators and designers, some of the organisers of events within the Fire, and some of the people behind the scenes who together with vendors and sponsors make up one of the biggest fundraisers in the virtual world, this year raising over $68,000US for the American Cancer Society’s Hope Hostel in Kenya.

And, of course, there will be plenty of footage and photos of this years beautiful and stunning regions, filmed by Elrik Merlin, Saffia Widdershins and Beq Janus, and photographed by Wildstar Beaumont.
