Designing Worlds is back! And in our first episode, we pay a visit to the fantastic event of One Billion Rising in Second Life 2020!

We talk to the organisers of the event (and Saffia was one of them!), Briony, Dawny Daviau, Stevie Basevi and AvaJean Westland. Stevie tells us about the vital role of volunteers, while Dawny talks about dance – and we have clips of the various dance acts, and Briony tells us about the amazing music this year. Kess Crystal talks about the special photography installation “I Rise”, and we talk about the Poetry and Prose events,
We discuss the art installations, and we take a look at these, as well as visit the amazing Heroes’ Pavilion with its contents created and curated by AvaJean.
And Dawny and Briony talk about the wonderful promotional video, which this year was filmed by Chantal Harvey – and which also has a very special remix version.
