Presented by Elite Equestrian and Seanchai Library
October 1 – 31 on the Isle of Joy in Second Life: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Island%20Of%20Joy/149/24/46

The creators say:
“Once Upon a Time there was an Enchanted Hollow somewhere between the Hudson River Valley and the land of the Brothers Grimm. It was here, under the glow of the Hunter’s Moon, that the tales gathered. They settled in as cooling breezes whirled the falling leaves, nestling between the autumnal heights and that place where the brook waters blend with the salty sea. Mind your step! In the centuries between this moment and when these stories were born, some few of them may have begun to twist, just a very little.”
Haunted Hollow features stories, music, live trick or treat, and a quarter region of fun to explore.

You can take the rambler tour of the hollow, or stop by for one of the trick or treat events hosted by Elite Equestrian, or join Seanchai Library as they present over eight hours of stories for the season, including a special Sunday series of episodes from “The Shadow” classic radio show.
Featured events include:

About HAUNTED HOLLOW
Inspired by those misty reaches around the world where fairy tales lurk, this All Hallows Experience takes its inspiration from the forests where Rumplestiltskin awaits a desperate miller’s daughter and the Headless Hessian pursues a replacement for his severed head.
You can ride the Wild Hunt Rambler for a tour: from the tower heights to the mouth of the brook, and back up again.
And don’t miss a visit to the Witches’ House, shaped like a shoe and equipped with all the essentials an enchantress might require. Across the water The Halloween Tree waits to share traditions of death and the passing cycle of the year. You can see what awaits in the hut of Baba Yaga, but do use caution. If you look around you’ll notice that not everyone who visits actually leaves.
Up at The Ledge, stories and dancing await. Above it is the Fairy Tale Tower. Run by a skeleton crew, the Tower has been rented out to various tales that might be familiar to you. Is that Rapunzel’s hair? Princess Aurora’s brambles? Straw waiting to be spun into gold? Your dreams await you at the Fairy Tale Tower – be careful what you wish for.
