In the first episode in the new season of Designing Worlds, we paid the first of two visits to the amazing Fantasy Faire which took place this year from April 22nd till May 12th (thanks to a special extension from Linden Lab).
In this first show, we talked to Zander Greene, one of the founders and co-ordinators of Fantasy Faire, and learn something about how the Faire this year has raised the astounding total of L$23,794,648 (US$95,178) by the end of the event, and also about how the Faire is organised, with many people coming together to create this fantastic and much-loved event.
Then we take a look at some of the wonderful Fairelands that formed the environment of this year’s Fantasy Faire – which was an especially draconic one – as we hoped we showed!
