Fashion for Life has finally closed, the wonderous grayscale sims are gone, leaving behind them a legacy of a truly amazing 4.7 million Linden dollars raised for the American Cancer Society; an impressive start to the Relay For Life of Second Life season.
The next major event anticipated is the Fantasy Faire.
From Saturday April 2nd to Sunday April 10th 2011, thousands of Second Life residents and creators are coming together to support the American Cancer Society’s vision of a world without cancer. Friends Fighting Cancer (FFC) have transformed nine sims of Second Life into a fantasy wonderland: the Fantasy Faire 2011 to benefit Relay for Life of Second Life (RFL of SL).
Relay for Life of Second Life is now in full swing and your local teams will be fund raising and running their own events alongside the larger headline events.
